The card in the photos is the card you get. If it isn't as described, you get your money back.
What you get with every order
- The exact piece. Every card is photographed front and back. Those photos are the card.
- Tracked shipping. Every order is tracked, unless you pick the plain envelope for a small card order.
- Sealed and insured from $100. Cards and pieces we ship ourselves get a numbered tamper seal, a photo of your order being packed, and insurance for the full value.
- Signature from $750. Someone signs for what we ship, and we check the order by hand before it goes out.
- Safe checkout. We never see your card number.
If something's wrong
Not as described? Start a return from your order within 30 days of delivery. We pay the return shipping, check the card against its listing photos when it's back, and refund you in full. Please send a sealed card back with the seal unbroken so it goes fast; if the seal is broken, photograph it and we'll still check the card against its photos.
If a tracked order never shows up, contact us and we'll make it right. Plain envelopes have no tracking, so we can't replace one that's lost.
